Main Things to know about Coffee:

  • It takes 3-7 hours for half of the caffeine in your body to break down, so coffee consumption of the entire day affects the caffeine level when you go to bed.
  • Coffee is not diuretic. Caffeine stimulates the kidneys to produce urine, but this only means that you feel the urge to urinate faster, not that you lose more fluid.
  • Bad quality coffee can have a lot of impurities in it, which can cause sickness, headache or a general bad feeling. This can happen if your coffee is made from beans that have been over ripped or otherwise ruined.
  •  As a pregnant, caffeine will also reach the fetus, and your baby is highly sensitive to caffeine. So, if you’re a heavyweight coffee drinker and can’t stop drinking it while pregnant, at least reduce your coffee intake to one cup a day.

About Suitcases For Travel :

When you attend to travel ; your first consideration must be having a suitcase that can hold everything you need safely, securely and under the weight limit , but if you go too big on luggage size, the tendency will be to fill the space. So you have to know exactly what do you need because nowadays there are plenty of suitcase choices that may confuse you on deciding .

suitcases sizes :

There are a lot of factors when it comes to choose, one of them is the size of suitcases that based on your travel needs like : The season you are travelling in , your packing habits and length of your trips.
Generally most of U.S. airlines have carry-on restrictions of 22 inches and must not exceed 45 linear inches including any handles and wheels. and this is about the size of the bag , not weight !
Otherwise as an adult , the popular size of luggage to check-in is at the 27-29 inch range .

Spinners or Rollers ?

Other suitcases feature is wheels , whether the four wheels suitcases ( spinners) , or two wheels (rollers) ;  both of the two kinds have cons and pros : the two wheels prevent from snapping off unlike the four wheels, but one of two wheels cons that they only roll forward and backward . while the pros of four wheels that they are more ergonomic and  lesser stress than rollers , also spinners are easier to maneuver in tight spaces .

Hard Shell Suitcases & Soft Shell Suitcases :

Another suitcases option is the hard or the soft shell suitcases :
The soft shell is lighter in weight and offers more space in packing than the hard shell, but it isn't waterproof and protective as hard shell . on other side hard shell suitcases are better security from theft , protect your contents from breakage , they don't  compress or expand so they can prevent you from having more weight to help you avoid baggage fees. Finally you can use it as a seat while waiting.

some brands of Suitcases For Travel :

based on these features I did a small comparison in 2 of the best worldwide luggage brands and considered as most popular because of their high quality and good price . beside of them there are other great brands choices like Travelpro Ricardo Beverly Hills ,Victorinox .. etc.
at last don't forget that you get what you paid for.
